At, your satisfaction is our primary goal. If you’re not happy with any item ordered from, return it within 14 days for a store credit or a full refund.

Follow these steps for a smooth return:

  1. Contact for a return authorization number. You can use our contact form, send an email to or call us at 0845 009 2007. Let us know if you prefer an exchange, a store credit or a full refund.
  2. Pack the items with tags and packaging intact along with the return authorization number, the order number, your name, your address and your contact information. 
  3. Ship the items using trackable mail to the address shown below. is not responsible for packages lost in the post.
  4. Once your package arrives at, we will inspect your return and send you a new item, refund your purchase price or issue you a store credit based on your request.

In most cases, will process your return as soon as it arrives at our location and issue a credit within 24 hours. The credit will usually post to your account within 7 to 10 days, but it may take longer depending on your financial institution’s policies and procedures.

If you requested a new item, we’ll ship your new package within 24 hours.
