At Swimmers.co.uk, your satisfaction is our primary goal. If you’re not happy with any item ordered from Swimmers.co.uk, return it within 14 days for a store credit or a full refund.
Follow these steps for a smooth return:
- Contact Swimmers.co.uk for a return authorization number. You can use our contact form, send an email to email@example.com or call us at 0845 009 2007. Let us know if you prefer an exchange, a store credit or a full refund.
- Pack the items with tags and packaging intact along with the return authorization number, the order number, your name, your address and your contact information.
- Ship the items using trackable mail to the address shown below. Swimmers.co.uk is not responsible for packages lost in the post.
- Once your package arrives at Swimmers.co.uk, we will inspect your return and send you a new item, refund your purchase price or issue you a store credit based on your request.
In most cases, Swimmers.co.uk will process your return as soon as it arrives at our location and issue a credit within 24 hours. The credit will usually post to your account within 7 to 10 days, but it may take longer depending on your financial institution’s policies and procedures.
If you requested a new item, we’ll ship your new package within 24 hours.
